The upstairs master bedroom has a King Bed, TV, AC and a master bathroom. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Outside is a hot water shower. If you walk outside you can see the tennis courts. The back yard had 12' high hedges and a 40' heated pool ( per gallon extra charge to heat the pool at market price) The is a outside Bar with stereo. There is a deck, with chairs and umbrellas and a gas grille. You can either walk to the beach which is either Mecox Beach , The Cut or Coopers Beach. Some utilities may be extra depending on the length of your stay. Ask for details when booking.
