The upstairs master bedroom has a King Bed, TV, AC and a master bathroom. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Outside is a hot water shower. If you walk outside you can see the tennis courts. The back yard had 12' high hedges and a 40' heated pool ( per gallon extra charge to heat the pool at market price) The is a outside Bar with stereo. There is a deck, with chairs and umbrellas and a gas grille. You can either walk to the beach which is either Mecox Beach , The Cut or Coopers Beach. Some utilities may be extra depending on the length of your stay. Ask for details when booking.

Unique Benefits
If you take the Train or Bus you will not need a car to enjoy yourself. I have a private duty chef that's available to cook for you and your friends. I have seasoned fire wood that you can take to the beach and have your own little bonfire. The house is located in a cul-de-sac and there is no road noise. At night you can actually hear the ocean waves when standing outside. The house comes with 24/7 tech support and a caretaker who has local knowledge and is very kind and helpful. The hard earned money you spend on your vacation wont be wasted and you won't be directed to a tourist traps. If the weather is good you will come to our property definitely.
